Here’s the word from Ben’s Tune-Up:

The world’s oldest spirit is now being brewed in Asheville, North Carolina. Ben’s Tune-Up is releasing our house brewed sake May 1 at 4 pm.  Produced in the same reinvented Bens Tune-Up building that houses the restaurant and beer garden, Ben’s American Sake will be served unpasteurized, chilled, and on tap.  Several fresh varieties will be available in flights and single servings.
