   actually, babs said something that i agree with – when diane sawyer asked her why people should listen to a singer’s or actress’ political views, her retort was “why should people listen to politicians?”

   makes sense to me.

   but i’m with edgy. whatever, indeed. she hasn’t done anything worth listening to since “enough is enough”. and even then the version that eddie murphy did of that song (as a duet between richard simmons and buckwheat) was better. 🙂
