Ashvegas celebrity sighting: Anthony Bourdain at Korean House in Asheville

Chef, author and food adventurer Anthony Bourdain was spotted at Korean House restaurant in downtown Asheville on Thursday night. No word on why Bourdain is in the area.

Bourdain’s popular Parts Unknown show on CNN is in the midst of its seventh season. In the most recent episode, Bourdain was exploring Montana.

Bourdain’s last official visit to Asheville was some five years ago, when he spoke at the Asheville Civic Center and then held a book signing at Curate, where he met Asheville Chef Katie Button and her husband.

Asheville’s food scene has grown dramatically since 2011. Here’s hoping Bourdain finds lots more to like.

I’ve seen him in Hendersonville NC; in church, no less.
If it’s not him, it’s his double.
