Asheville Tantra School is announcing an abundance of fall classes—as well as celebrating it’s grand opening—Friday, October 28th, 2011 with multiple faculty members presenting their unique slant on Tantra in a free Opening Night Celebration. Located in W. Asheville at 2 Westwood Place, the school offers classes for personal expansion & professional development, embracing the diverse and popular subject of Tantra. Faculty includes renowned local & national teachers, including Sheri Winston, Steve Torma & The REAL Center, Dr. Rudolph Ballantine, Rebecca Chaplain, Ocean~Peace Weaver, Genie Hardee, Sean Kelly, Sajit Green, & Dr. Jim Biddle MD. The mission of the school is to balance the divine masculine & divine feminine through education.
Sheri Winston–“Sex Teacher of the Century” will kick off classes Oct. 19th-23rd. Sheri’s lively, unique & wholistic teachings are informed by her decades of practice as a certified nurse-midwife, gynecology practitioner, registered nurse, holistic healer, childbirth educator & massage therapist. The Association of Sex Educators, Counselors & Therapists (AASECT) choose Sheri Winston’s book, Women’s Anatomy of Arousal as the 2010 Book of the Year.
Steve Torma, founder of The REAL Center & president of Earthaven Eco-Village, will be offering his Art of Intimacy Training for couples and singles. This experiential course in conscious connection draws from the work of Marshal Rosenberg (Nonviolent Communication), Brad Blanton (Radical Honesty), Eckhart Tolle (Power of Now) and others. This multi-level class includes practice in non-violent communication, empathy training, the power of vulnerability and other vital relationship skills.
School founder, Ocean~Peace Weaver is enthusiastically bringing this popular and important subject to the public. Classes are offered for novices through professionals, and will incorporate permaculture, energy and breath work, anatomy, psychology, yoga, somatic awareness, intimacy, healthy relationships, sensuality & the list goes on & on…
The Asheville Tantra School is excited to offer the Asheville region classes focused on the subject of Tantra & it’s many diverse applications.
