The best location in downtown Asheville

This is the premier location in the Central Business District of Asheville, located close to the new hotels and all downtown attractions. This restaurant has it all: great name recognition, high revenues, and plenty of parking nearby. The heavy foot traffic and natural ambiance of the business makes the restaurant popular with tourist and locals alike. The kitchen has a “like new” equipment package and the layout will support the existing concept or any conversion a buyer may want. A nice bar and seating for 100 customers make this turnkey restaurant the perfect size while still feeling open.

Asking Price: $659000.00

Great Outdoor Patio at this Cafe!!!

Perfect Size Cafe with bar in Asheville. This cafe has been recently remodeled with a new equipment package and looks brand new. Plenty of parking in this strip center gives you the opportunity to attract the local customer who does not want to fight the crowds in the central business district. The purchase price of $89,000.00 makes this a great opportunity to get your own restaurant started.

Can’t beat this great location!

Local favorite breakfast lunch restaurant in Asheville. With a premier location, comfortable floor plan with outdoor seating, the restaurant attracts both tourist and local clientele. The business has shown steady growth in sales over the years along with a strong cash flow.

The breakfast lunch menu has high quality items at a moderate price with beer, wine, organic coffee, and espresso included in this very popular menu. The kitchen has an efficient layout that can handle high volume during the peak rush periods. There is a opportunity for a new owner to increase revenues with additional hours of operations. Ho-hum, thought there might be some good (or ill) natured prognostications after your post but it seems not. I’m glad there are no takers.
Foodservice, the most visible, volatile and talk-generating of the small businesses rises, falls or succeeds on its own merits. What’s the point to speculate? Why gossip? Why “out” a business when the restauranteurs just want to sell theirs?
Perhaps we speculate when we buy and sell on a restaurant every time we eat out and that’s enough.

Come on Jason, dig in a little and figure out what restaurants they are.

(I’m just kidding….I’m sure they don’t want us to know).

    Congrats on 10 years!
