America On Tap is a nationally produced travelling road show (like Ringling Bros).

From the americaontap dot com website: “America On Tap is the foremost producer of premium beer festivals in the country, and the first and only nationally integrated entertainment series dedicated to showcasing specialty and craft breweries from around the globe. With more than 70 planned beer festivals in 2015, each featuring sought after specialty and craft breweries and their highly anticipated releases, America On Tap delivers a unique and robust beer focused experience filled with live music, great vendors and delicious local food.”

Sounds a lot like the Winter Warmer but not as good, and not locally sourced. Sounds a little copy cat to me.

Let’s hope the organizers (and the breweries invited) have their “ducks in a row” unlike the festivals that were cancelled back in the Fall…

if the breweries do not have distributors in NC then they can not “sell” beer at a festival….

Wow, really, another kick ass beer fest in beer city? Where you get to drink out of 4oz plastic mugs made in China to your hearts content? At the lovely civic center…. oops… the US Cellular tagged dump… where the abysmal acoustics are only outdone by the over the top posh interior ascetics… imagine something like where institutional sensibilities meets a badly aging incarceration facility. And check out where americaontap.com is having all their other awesomely local community centric fests…. like every mid-sized burg that will have them in the US. Man, I can’t wait! Take my money, please! whoohoo dude. boohoo too.
