Asheville City Council candidates to appear on WCQS tonight with David Hurand

WCQS‘ David Hurand will host all six Asheville City Council candidates tonight on his weekly radio show, “Conversations.” So we can expect to hear: Cecil Bothwell, Gordon Smith, Esther Manheimer, J. Neal Jackson, Ryan Croft, Carl Mumpower and write-in candidate Robin Cape.

It should make for an interesting discussion. I’m not sure how Hurand is going to manage the conversation, but I can’t wait to listen. It should be definitely more informative than all these so called “candidate forums” we’ve seen around town. The forums never really shed new light on any issue, in my opinion.

So tune in to 88.1 FM on your radio dial and listen in tonight starting at 6 p.m.
