   Bothwell apprently read the "Keep Your Sleeves Rolled Up" chapter in the John Edwards Campaign Handbook, but didn’t get to the chapter entitled "Never Wear White Socks Unless You’re Pretending to Work Out."

   I know the sleeves things is supposed to make candidates look like they’re just regular guys, but how many regular guys do you ever really see walking around in a dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up?
