You’re known for being a bit opinionated. So what’s irritating you these days? And then what’s making you really happy?

I’m pretty happy with the ways things are going. Right now there are really great restaurants in cities that didn’t have really great interesting restaurants not too long ago. I mean, Asheville, N.C., has got great restaurants.

Actually, we’ve had good ones for awhile, but point made that a thriving scene is relatively new.
