USGS says the shaker was a 3.8 magnitude quake. Pretty wild. I’ve never felt an earthquake before. I don’t know if there was any damage. TV says quake was centered in Madison County.

    Headline is wrong. Richter is not used anymore. You have it right in the other paragraph, quakes are measured in magnitude.
