   Whatever it is it can’t come a day too soon. The owners of this eyesore have behaved irresponsibly by allowing it to remain tagged for so long.

   Of course it was reported here a couple of years ago that it was going to be a Brixx Pizza so who knows if this report has any merit whatsoever.

   Well I know the sister of the building owners housekeeper really well, intimately, and she said that he told her that it was going to be a Dillard’s concept called mini Dillard’s. They are targeting people under 5 foot 3 inches and no this won’t impact any of their existing locations.

   Well I actually know a guy who knows the owner and they are just trying to figure out how to get it retrofitted, but it’s going to be a brewery/foodtruck
