From HvilleScoop.com:

Congrats to Lisa and Matt of the Underground Baking Co., they held their “soft opening” today in their new digs (352 7th Ave East, Hendersonville, 828-674-7494). By the time we arrived, they had sold out of most of their savory breads….we were lucky to snag the last of the rosemary focaccia.

Their new digs are light and airy and will soon include tables and chairs. They’ll be open Wednesday through Saturday, 9am til 4pm.

Underground Baking Company makes great bread. I am in Hville every friday and have been driving by the new location to buy some bread (unsuccessfully so far), glad to know they are reopened. They make great crusty loaves, lovely varieties and all around good, hearty bread. Love their sweet treats like the Cocunut Macaroons also. Love the name too, will be by this Friday to buy!

You obviously haven't eaten at Mountain Pie Company. They hold the title in my book.
