Looks great, just think of the jobs and the money that will bring to down town Asheville. Asheville will finally start to turn around and jobs will be plentiful.
The tax revenue these projects generate will help everyone. And I guarantee the crappy roads will get paved around here.
I bet even some bigger music gigs that are usually stated for Greenville get moved here also. That is if they redo the Hole of a Civic Center and Auditorium.
