A permit posted in the window of a former hair salon on Broadway in downtown Asheville says The Gourmet Chip Company has applied for permits to renovate the space.

There’s not much posted online about the chip company. The website gourmetchipcompany.com is under construction. This info is on the Mountain BizWorks site:
