   No, 28806 is going in next door. My husband is doing the reno for 28806 and it will be a different restaurant. EL just got a face lift.

   i’m pretty sure it is under new ownership, maybe it will finally be a nice venue that doesn’t reek of armpits and stale beer. then again, it is lexington ave. ; )
