Does Victoria/Julie count as favorite pair?, I know Julie is not an anchor but in the afternoons it’s just Victoria and Julie and that’s when I watch the news mostly.
Hey Ash, do you think you could post some pics of some of the WLOSers in their HD glory! like Julie Wunder (of course) and Victoria and Leigh Ann ect. and some of the guys as well for the ladies.
I ask because, well you know what they say, take a picture it’ll last longer!…:-)

I think they all look good in their own way. After all we all have good day and bad days with HD or not.
But Darcel would look better then any of, her skin is just beautifull. Now for the guys, Russ is the cute one,whatever clayocean things.His blue eyes would look like the blue sky in a gorgeous day.
Here a sugestion to Ashvegas: Lets see whith pair of anchors we like best. Holly and Russ…Darcel and Larry..Tammy and Frank…Russ and Darcel..Victoria and Jay…Tammy and Russ…Frank and Darcel…Holly and Larry..Larry and Tammy…and goes on and on..like I said is just a fun sugestion…

I can’t wait until the HD debut…I was listening to the noon news today to see if they dropped any hints on when the actual debut will be.
We got a handful or reporters currently at WLOS that are pretty hot in any definition, I’m sure HD will highlight that even more.
I predict Cuevas goes jet black with the hair like he did in 2004 during the Frances/Ivan coverage.
Victoria is just hard to see, my fear is that it may get worse in HD. She has skin as pale as goat cheese. That combined with her being a "red-head" causes such a contrast. Then finally Victoria makes it even worse with her clothing style. I’ve seen her in some interesting combination of colors.
The biggest change may come with Darcel. There have been times in the past where she didn’t do a good job with the makeup and it was more than noticeable. That’s something I’ll be looking for when they debut.
Look for this to happen on Wednesday now instead of today.
Heather Graf will be the best…
Frank’s combover will show more…
Julie Wunder, with her waifish, pixie-cute figure and flowing mane of shimmering wunderhair will cut an even more winsome figure in 1080i than she does now in just 720p (although I don’t notice the asymmetry of her uneven nostrils as much because I am used to them by now, new viewers may be better attuned to their size difference with the higher resolution, this also does not bode well for fellow weather person, Karen Wynne and her litany of unequal facial features – not that I am perfect myself, of course, but you did ask..)
Wow clayocean you are certainly a bitter ass. Russ definately does not have acne scars. I’m sure anyone who writes on this who’s seen him in person can attest that. It’s obvious you just don’t like him.
Russ looks fine in HD, the only problem will be Cuevas, if your creepy looking already, it will only get worse.
Leigh Ann…assuming she brings back the smart girl glasses.
Russ Bowen will definitely need some serious help with his makeup. He has acne scars to begin with and they will need to be dealt with. Too bad HD can’t make him any taller.
