With regards to the "spray paint artist," I’m afraid for his life and lungs. He has been appearing every weekend at the corner of Patton & Biltmore for several yrs. now. I begged him to get a mask so he wouldn’t damage his lungs, but he didn’t take heed. Could somebody else out there talk to him, please?
