So sad. I loved Seven Sows! Good luck with your new venture!
#1: Mike is an amazing chef, and even more amazing human being! Seven Sows helped to usher in a whole new genre in Asheville and excited a ton of people with it’s unique style. Seven Sows will be missed, but we know Mike is growing into even more incredible things… keep an eye out!
#2: Justin brings yet another vivid style that I think people are going to really get into and it’s something special to see two chefs standing together and speaking support of each other through this change – impressed with Mike and Justin.
-Stay wild with Mike and Blind Pig Supper Club, and check out Justin’s resume, including stints at major spots in ATL, NC and a spot on TVs “Chopped” –
