Rumor: Buncombe County schools will be closed Friday because of the gas crunch

A commenter here at Ashvegas says there’s a rumor that Buncombe County Schools will be closed on Friday because of the gas shortage. Has anyone heard anything about that? I’ll check with the school system Wednesday am.
