Since Whilden isn’t one of those politicians who toots her own horn, her name recognition is not high — yet. But Jane’s a good, grassroots campaigner who knocks on lots of doors. She is instantly likable.
Speaking with her recently, she’s seen the effects of this economy in her own family, and that will really help her connect with voters feeling the pinch.
An executive recruiter, Moffitt has put up a website with a very professional, Randy Travis video-ish photo of himself. No content. Nice tractor.
I’ve seen a poll that shows the exact opposite of the Civitas poll in regards to the Whilden/Moffitt race. In that poll, Representative Whilden is up by five points.
If the conservative leaning Civitas organization only has Representative Whilden down by four points in their poll, then in all reality she must be up by at least five.
The Civitas organization has not released their poll questions or demographics that they used. Until I see these, I will continue to believe that the poll was biased.
