Questions about Brewgrass online ticket sales

I’m starting to hear some concerns about Monday’s online ticket sale of Brewgrass beer festival tickets.

One person has said they clicked through the process, but never received an email confirmation, and that their credit card was not charged, even though the website told them they had purchased tickets.

Another person says they thought they were buying Brewgrass tickets, but ended up with Beer City Festival tickets. Tickets to both events were on sale on the website. It seems unlikely that someone would confuse the two, but it’s possible. But could wires be crossed there?

I went through the online site and thought I bought four tickets. I got the confirmation page on the website, too. But now I’m wondering. Did my purchase go through? Was I supposed to received an email confirmation? Because so far, I have not.

The ticket sale was delayed because of unspecified technical difficulties with the website. When tickets went on sale Monday, they sold out in last than a day.

Has anyone else seen or heard problems with Brewgrass ticket purchases?

The organizers need to seriously consider only selling tickets through Barleys and Bruisin’Ales or at local breweries. I still haven’t seen an email confirmation or credit card charge either. Just tell me when to be at Barleys and I’ll definitely buy a ticket.

I purchased tix, got a receipt, got an email confirmation, but so far my card has not been charged, so now I’m worried…
