   Don Papas was run by the nephew (I think) of the founder of Papas and Beer in H’vlle. The location is on H’vlle Rd just north of the Long Shoals intersection.

   For folks who have been around longer, the restaurant was "Mother India" about five years ago. It will be on Hendersonville Road.

   The guy that owns Don Papas is the brother of the guy that owns Papas & Beer.
