Looks like the concept for this place on Patton Avenue is changing again. In recent years, it’s been a Mexican eatery, assorted bars and most recently the Happy Days soul food restaurant and bar. Now it looks like it’s gonna be “Spurs.” Is that a honky tonk?

    I once saw Hank III in that place. What a show. Lots of older couples dancing for the first set, they bolted for the doors when he started his second set.
