From loyal reader Brian:

Back in December, I sent you an email announcing the Grand Opening of Nourish & Flourish in the River Arts District.  We call our business a “Center for Extraordinary Living” as we provide Network Care – a wellness modality known to dramatically reduce stress and pain, increase energy and overall well-being,  Nia – a dance/fitness/movement class focusing on the ‘joy of movement’, and now our final part of the business is open and ready to serve Asheville – Fresh Organic Juice & Tea Bar.  The juice & tea bar is open Mon. – Sat.: 8 am – 1pm.  Check out our Facebook page for daily specials.

We will have a Grand Opening Celebration April 16th.  I’ll send you details on that soon.  Thanks for spreading the word in any way you can and we appreciate your contribution to making Asheville the amazing place to live that it is!!!
