We need Zoning to keep those ugly metal buildings from covering our countryside. Have you ever drove from the airport down to Brevard, it is getting more and more crowded with these so called Flex Storage Building. I would rather look at a million dollar home any day. There is also a plus side to Zoning, no trailer parks.
