I too thought Heather Graf came across as competent. WLOS also has a new weather guesser…her name is Lisa Rodriguez.
From what I’ve seen, she’s a pretty competent reporter. Looks like she’s taken over Terrie Foster’s Waynesville gig.

I miss the WLOSers, actually. By comparison Little Rock has pretty good local coverage. Probably due to the competition between four stations. One of our stations had teleprompter and video problems a few nights ago and the wife said "reminds me of the Asheville station".
