It was a nice evening until we got rained out.
My request for the Wedge next time though is get one of those Ramesy Kit or Radio Shack FM radio transmitters and let us do the drive in thing and hear the movie on our car stereos. The lot is huge and I was disappointed that we couldn’t do the drive in thing, especially since I own a convertible.
I’m not sure what the poster meant by not allowed to drink beer during the moving. Of course we all had beer and peanuts a plenty.
Sounds like my kind of evening out.
I used to go a few blocks from here to Mr. T’s for a brew and view. They used the building next door for their screen. Problem was, it’s to close to the road and it didn’t take long before the local authorities shut the movies down.
I really wish they allowed you to drink beers during the movies.. the whole "going to the wedge to see a movie" thing seems a little unnecessary unless youve got a house microbrew in your hand.
