Mountain Xpress: New food bus, Sabor Bustaurant, to set up at The Lot

Emily Patrick from Mountain Xpress reports:

In Spanish, sabor means more than just flavor. It also means soul; it’s like Gloria Estefan’s singing, explains local chef Daniel Martinez. “Do it with feeling,” he translates.

He’s the owner of Sabor Bustaurant, a new food truck that will debut at The Lot on Coxe Avenue on Thursday, Dec. 6.
