Asheville singer Laura Blackley and her partner Cindy Jordan are featured in a New York Times video on marriage equality. From their home at the base of Mount Pisgah, the couple discusses the decision to have their daughter Mavis, their awareness of inequality as gay Southerners, and their response to Amendment One.
