Here’s some background on the pic (if you even want to use it): This pic is a follow-up to the story I wrote about people going to an RV park just outside D.C. in College Park. “A man from Texas is interviewed Friday afternoon by a documentarian just outside D.C. in an RV park about why he came to the Washington, D.C. area to witness Barack Obama’s inauguration this Tuesday.”
