Just in time for Halloween, we found this video. It’s simply titled “rats on lower Lex.” We’ve left a note for the videographer asking for more information.

UPDATE: The maker of the video responded to my question, saying that the dumpster is located “across from Rosetta’s.” So we’re guessing the rats are vegans?

    That would be an extended family of rats. Any clue exactly where the dumpster is located?
