I would like to take back my nice comment about Bob Caldwell. If you watched the Tuesday Noon news you would know why. He has Tropical Storm Cindy going from 200 miles South of New Orleans to the North Georgia mountains by late Tuesday evening. That is a serious error in forecasting. I bet Cuevas had a panic attack if he was at home or at the station watching the noon weather presentation.
Bob, its nice knowing you for almost 40 years, but I think it is time to hand the weather duties over to somebody else, and I don’t mean Julie Wunder or Jay Siltzer. BTW, I don’t even think Julie would have made the error that Bob just made on the newscast.
I’ll make fun of what I want to make fun of, dudem myself included.
As far as Mack-Dowell goes, it’s all from the local newspaper – I can’t make that up.
Ashvegas,it’s funny to see that you called bullshit on Cuevas when infact you are the one that should have been wearing the diaper. Trust me, don’t go out there making fun of someone when you have no absolute clue of the facts.
BTW, I am a “Mack-Dowell” County native. I would be careful about making fun about what goes on in Marion. We feel mutual respect about the tree-hugging, Birkenstock wearing people in Ashvegas. You don’t get the name “Lil’ Frisco” for nothing.
Read before you post people! A flood WATCH means conditions are favorable for flooding to occur. This is a watch, to notify people of this. If it was a WARNING, that means flooding is current happening! Before you talk about weather, check your facts first! And no, I do NOT work at WLOS…I can assure you of that! I am no way related to WLOS, so don’t go thinking about that either…
