Find a new path to awareness through Chakra yoga. Guided meditation and asana practice will take you on fun and revealing journey through your body and mind. Chakra is the most common term for the energy centers that occur along the midline of the body. Sometimes visualized as spinning wheels or vortexes of light and color, chakras are centers of energy that relate to each of our body’s systems and organs. There are seven primary chakras, with each chakra corresponding to a different area of the body and an aspect of the psyche.

The primary component that differentiates partner practice from individual practice istouch. We touch and are touched by others. We use traction and leverage, and theawareness that comes from touch, to open to greater depths in our bodies and our psyches.
