Spend an evening with alumnus Pete McDaniel, senior writer at Golf Digest, as he screens his documentary “Uneven Fairways,” which examines the struggles of African American golfers during segregation. He will also speak on the history of African Americans in golf, concentrating on the black golf tour in which Asheville played a vital role. 

The film was produced for the Golf Channel and is hosted by Samuel L. Jackson. More information.

An alumni reception with the speaker will precede the screening.
