We are hiring an Executive Director!

Girls on the Run of WNC (GOTR WNC), a living wage employer, is hiring an Executive Director. The Director is responsible for all aspects of program planning and implementation for a growing number of 50+ schools across seven counties of WNC. The director will manage and implement a long-term strategic plan. She/he will draft the annual organizational calendar including all major aspects of programming, budget, fund-raising and marketing cycles. Other responsibilities include serving as the staff liaison to the Board of Directors and supervision of and collaboration with one other staff member.

GOTR WNC is a non-profit 501(c)3 whose mission is to educate and prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.
