‘Get Married’ tosses big bash in Asheville to pump up website, magazine

The Get Married website, an umbrella site for all things related to weddings, threw a big bash last week in Asheville at Pack’s Tavern and the Bohemian. The launch party introduced the magazine and website to the Asheville market, and folks in the local wedding industry apparently had a great time.

Just got back from the Get Married Event in Asheville sponsored by Shay Brown Events and Bobbymark’s Designs!

I was really impressed with all of it. Hundreds of wedding vendors from the surrounding areas turned out to mix and mingle in phenomenal venues. Think: The Century Room above Pack Tavern in downtown for cocktail hour with live music, then a trolley ride to the Grand Bohemian in Biltmore Village for hors d’oeuvres, bridal gown displays, an excellent dj, dancers, live statues, and don’t forget the awesome gift bags and FREE WINE.
