One of my best sources of local happenings that I’ve gotten to know through Twitter, @SocialLiveAVL, tweets today that Ice Cube will perform at The Orange Peel in March. I haven’t recieved confirmation on this yet. Anyone?

Ice Cube is a pioneer of the gangsta rap genre. He’s had a successful music career, and more recently has gotten into writing, directing, acting and producing.
