A documentary film showing the behind-the-scenes action of the most famous restaurant in the world, El Bulli, and its chef, Feran Adria, will screen one day only in Asheville: Nov. 3 at the Fine Arts Theatre in downtown Asheville.

Asheville foodies will be well familiar with the restaurant, its amazing chef, and the Asheville connection. Katie Button, chef and co-owner of Curate, studied under Adria.

A book about the restaurant and the people who have lined up to learn under Adria came out earlier this year. The Sorcerer’s Apprentice documents in written form the incredible work that goes into el Bulli’s creations, and Button is featured.

Go to elbullimovie.com to get all the details. And thanks to loyal reader Melissa for the heads-up on this.
