More good news for Asheville’s electronic music scene. From Jambase.com:

Under One Beat Entertainment has announced Luminescence, a two-night music festival in Asheville, NC featuring rare live-band performances by downtempo producer/musician pioneers Bonobo (U.K) and Bluetech (Hawaii). The festival runs April 9-10 at Club 828 and also features an eclectic lineup of live-electronic innovators such as Kraddy (formerly of the Glitch Mob) and 1320 recording artists Emancipator, Collective Efforts and Virtual Boy.

Over the last couple years, Asheville, NC has started gaining a national reputation for its growing livetronica scene, and the festival also includes a plethora of the area’s hottest up-and-coming acts, including DJ Bowie, Sonmi Suite and Medisin.

Advance tickets are available at: club828.com.
