Y’all know we’ve got a ton of docs in town. Here’s the notice:

The WNC/ Buncombe County Medical Society (WNC/BCMS) honors and thanks local physicians at a special “Doctor’s Day” event on Thursday, March 31 from 6am to 10am in the lobby of Mission Hospital.

“Doctor’s Day gives us an opportunity to say thanks to physicians who work tirelessly every day to keep their patients and our community healthy,” notes Miriam Schwarz, CEO, and WNC/BCMS.

Donna Wiedrich, Director of Member Services, WNC/BCMS, adds, “ We are privileged to have some of the most skilled physicians in the country right here in our own mountains and Doctor’s Day is just one small way we can honor them for all their hard work and dedication to the health of our community.”

For more information about the WNC/Buncombe County Medical Society or Doctor’s Day contact Donna Wiedrich at 828-274-2267 X 313 or go online to www.bcmsonline.org. WNC/BCMS is located at 304 Summit Street in Asheville.
