Smashbox: New food truck coming in early 2013

According to a Twitter message from @TheSmashbox (Smashbox food truck), a new food truck enters the Asheville scene this year:

Serving Pan-Latin delights in Asheville, NC. Available for all types of catered events. Launching early 2013!

The food truck seems to be connected to Smash Events, Inc., an event planning/event services company. No word yet if the truck will be available for events only, or if it will vend in The Lot. Here’s their response when we asked:

We are first in line for a permit if one opens up. Otherwise we’ll be at locations around town regularly & for special events.
