CONTEST Your bumper sticker design/slogan could win with AVL Decal

Jason Sandford is a reporter, writer, blogger and photographer interested in all things Asheville.

Lots of Asheville folks (including myself) like to share their interests and ideas by slapping a bumper sticker on their vehicle of choice.

To that end, we’re launching a bumper sticker contest in conjunction with Asheville Decal. Just submit a slogan or design by leaving a comment here, messaging via FB or emailing [email protected], and we’ll pick a winner. (Oh, and I’ll post on Instagram too.)

Winner gets 50 stickers printed by Asheville Decal, which will also have a selection of stickers at its 455 N. Louisiana Ave. location to give away. Show us what ya got, Asheville!

Asheville Decal is the retail outlet of sign-maker/printer Blue Ridge Sign Supply. It’s located at 455 N. Louisiana Ave.

Dennis Myers owns the print shop, and he knows what he’s doing. He owned and operated Earthtone Graphics for years. Myers says his shop can do short runs of decals, magnets and stickers. He also says his prices are competitive with online printers. Myers employs three people (including himself) and promises quick, quality work. Check him out.

LVAVL. Is it saying Love Asheville or Leave Asheville? Intentionally nebulous. Perhaps it’s up to the user of the bumper sticker. Plus palindromes are really cool.
