Here’s the info from loyal reader Tom:

Asheville’s longest continuously running comedy open mic, the Disclaimer Stand-Up Lounge, has found a new home: Dirty South Lounge (in the back of The Southern). Now a weekly Wednesday event, Disclaimer Lounge set sail at an airport hotel lounge of all places in 2010 and was kicked out sometime thereafter when a comedian told an obnoxiously drunk and rude hotel guest to shut her [male anatomy]-holster, at which point, of course, she lost her marbles. It was a proud moment in the history of Disclaimer Stand-up Lounge. Since then this comedy ship-at-sea has docked at Athena’s before weighing anchor and arriving on Wed., Nov. 28, at its current port of call, The Dirty South Lounge at The Southern.

Disclaimer Stand-up Lounge starts up at Dirty South Lounge on Wed., Nov. 28 at 9:00 p.m. and anyone wishing against all better judgment to perform should sign up no later than 8:45 p.m. There is no cover. There will be shenanigans, oh yes.
