Here’s the blurb from the Cooking Channel’s Chef. G. Garvin about a new episode. Ashvegas told you in March that Garvin was visiting. Click over to find out when to see it air:

In the mountains of North Carolina is the gorgeous hidden gem that is Asheville. G takes in the sights by zip lining through Appalachia before landing in the sophisticated kitchen at Cucina 24. The space is perfect for a romantic dinner. Chef and owner Brian Canipeli teaches G how to make a raviolo from scratch. Rather than visit multiple restaurants G uses the local scene to get inspired. As he explores the town he picks up fresh ingredients from the Chop Shop Butchery, Blue Water Seafood, and local farmers market. He even stops by the local brewery Green Man to pick up a great IPA. He meets great folks along the way, some that make a 2nd appearance. All of his items go towards making a great meal for his new friends. In a gorgeous mountain home G cooks up some of his very own recipes with a local twist. He serves them up to the shop owners he met along the way in Asheville.
