With the death of Supreme Court Judge William H. Rehnquist, George W. Bush gets to make his second appointment to the high court. Who is next on his list?

The 80-year-old chief justice had been battling thyroid cancer. We knew this was coming. But damn.

    Care to wager on how long it will be before Roe v. Wade is overturned? I’m revising my own bet downward from five years to three. I wonder if the biblethumpers will then offer to care for all the unwanted kids?
