Dear Asheville Democrats!
Please join us for the LIVE telecast of the historic inauguration of BARACK OBAMA as our 44th President on
Tuesday, January 20th !

The Inaugural Celebration Luncheon will be from 11 AM until 2 PM.
Registration begins at 10:30 am. with “Show-Time” at 11 am. sharp !
The Location is the Doubletree Biltmore Hotel behind Fridays Restaurant
(access via Asheland to avoid traffic delays)
Come dressed in patriotic chic to celebrate this historic event with your friends!
The Washington Events will be telecast LIVE on 2 – 3 big screens so you can see it all!
The luncheon will be a full meal, catered by “Dining Innovations.” Champagne will be available.
Come on your own or with friends or reserve an entire table for 10!
SPONSORS will be acknowledged at the following levels: $100 Silver and $250 Gold and $500 Platinum.
Space is limited to 250 people so please reserve early! We will have a waiting list.

Then, send your check for $27 per person made out to the Buncombe County Democratic Party (please note Inauguration Luncheon on the memo line) to P.O. Box 1544, Asheville, NC 28802.
Please write “Inauguration Luncheon” on the outside of the envelope.
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN JANUARY 15, 2009.
Please include the names of all attending guests’ names, a contact telephone number and a contact e-mail address for each person, so that we can confirm the reservations.
Tickets will be available beginning at 10:30AM at the Luncheon Location.
