*Structure Fire* Firefighters working a structure fire @ Logan Ave. One confirmed casualty. Fire out, investigation underway. #avlnews

From the Citizen-Times:

A man has died in a fire this morning at a West Asheville residence.

Police have not released the identity of the victim, who was inside a burning single-family home on Logan Avenue, neighbors said.

The fire was reported around 8 a.m. Asheville Fire Department firefighters extinguished the fire by 8:45.
