The AP has the story:

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (AP) His spokesman says the Reverend Billy Graham plans to write a book about the challenges and joys of growing old, now that he’s gone home from the hospital.

Spokesman Larry Ross says Graham’s “faith remains strong and he’s optimistic about the future.” The 89-year-old evangelist was discharged today from the Asheville, North Carolina, hospital where doctors replaced a valve that drains excess fluid from his brain. His physicians will continue to calibrate the new computerized valve at Graham’s home.

Before his discharge, Mission Hospitals spokeswoman Merrell Gregory said Graham was taking short walks, keeping up with news, enjoying notes from well-wishers and visiting with his children.
