No, this is not a porn report about our favorite former WLOS weather-guesser Mike Bettis. This is just a shout out to our favorite weather guy, who once again faced down one scary bitch of a storm.

A month or so ago, Bettis was the Weather Channel 24/7 storm chasing. And all morning and afternoon Thursday, Bettis again kept us company with his sand-blasted reports about Katrina and her waves.

We didn’t have our super high-def screen capture technology primed and ready to catch him, but we’ll be on the lookout for him the rest of this week. Stay tuned!
