This series of photos tells a Bele Chere story. Check it out. The short-haired dude, pretty drunk, stops to listen to the punk street act. Then he decides he wants to play a tune. The punk chick says that’s cool, and hands over the guitar. The dude, who’s pretty wasted, tries a couple times and finally gets going on “WonderWall” or something, and she sings along. After the tune, which was pretty good, the dude says he’s got a pick for the punk chick. He digs into his pocket, pulling out a pack of cigs and two mini-bottles of Yaeger. No pick. But the dude’s girlfriend hands over a bottle of liquour as payment to the punk chick, which she gladly chugs. End of story.

Just wanted to let you know I’ve enjoyed the Bele Chere pictures! I wasn’t able to make it to festival this year, but I’ve liked being able to log on and see some scenes from Asheville. Thanks!!!
